The default version of the phone from the Global Store is the global version (Plug Type A) and it comes with international software.

Customers in the United States, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Pakistan, Chile, Egypt, Kuwait, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates will receive the Global version of the phone with a plug type A.

Z60 Ultra orders will be dispatched on January 9th. Should there be any changes to this timeline, we will keep you updated. Z50S Pro orders ship in 3-7 days. Allow 1-2 business days to process and expect delivery within 2-7 business days after dispatch. Thank you for your patience.

No, taxes are not included in the price and can be seen on the checkout page to find out the required taxes.

We collect tax in advance for phone orders and switch the sales terms from DAP to DDP, which is a delivery agreement whereby the seller assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods until the buyer receives or transfers them at the destination port, so as to provide a better purchasing experience for customers. *But for accessory orders, it remains DAP.
